 Yes, you can buy fireworks online from Red Oak Fireworks. We can ship to many states, but you are responsible for complying with your state and local laws. We do not provide refunds if your fireworks are confiscated by the authorities. 

Fireworks laws vary by state, so always check your local laws before you buy. Some states are much stricter than others!

Quick tip: In some areas, only sparklers or fountains are allowed due to fire restrictions. To stay safe and legal, check your local fire marshal's website or contact us and we can send you the guidelines for your specific state.

Yes. Provided your address is accessable by common carrier (semi-truck) fireworks are shipped to your home. If a semi-truck cannot access your home you will need to pick up your order at the nearest freight terminal. Note a phone number that will be answered is very important for the freight company to arrange delivery. 

Some fireworks may ship via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS depending on your location and the type of Fireworks you order. We Ship to all US States! 

Absolutely. Most of our business is Wholesale related. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing your order must be over $1,500.00. 

Any direct orders from China aka Piggy Backing off our main order will require a minimum of 100 case commitment. Please contact us for further details. 

We do not have minimums for our Retail selection. You can order $5 or $5,000. it's up to you. Please keep in mind it is expensive to ship fireworks!

Our wholesale minimum is currently $1,500 on all orders. the more you spend, the more you save!

Yes, if you choose to pick up your order you will be given the exact address to our warehouse. All orders must be picked up during normal business hours. For larger orders we can even arrange ground transportation directly to your door to help save money!
